Meet Richard! With over 40 years of plumbing experience, Richard brings unmatched skill and dedication to the Dyess team. Before plumbing, he proudly served 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and spent 15 years living life in the fast lane as a professional NASCAR driver. A true racing fan, he still attends 6–7 races a year, with Daytona International Speedway holding the top spot in his heart. When he’s not working, Richard enjoys pizza, reminiscing about Okinawa, Japan, and dreaming of a return trip someday.
