Meet Mitch, Owner of Dyess Air & Plumbing! Mitch founded Dyess Air in the early 1980s after completing his education in electrical construction and heating & air conditioning. What started as a three-day-a-week operation quickly became a full-time pursuit—built on grit, long hours, and a passion for doing things the right way.
Today, Mitch leads a company that spans two states with three locations and nearly 100 employees. His recipe for success? Work hard when you’re young, hire good people and trust them, treat your team with respect, and always do right by the customer.
