Meet Jay, our South Carolina Service Manager! With over 20 years in the HVAC/R industry—including 7+ years in leadership roles—Jay brings a wealth of experience to the Dyess team. From window units to large commercial chillers, there’s not much he hasn’t worked on. He thrives on staying ahead of industry changes, solving day-to-day challenges, and mentoring the next generation of technicians. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and just about anything outdoors.
