He’s passionate about leadership, team development, and continuous learning—always aiming to grow both people and processes. Highly motivated and driven, Brooks thrives on challenges and loves helping his team succeed. Outside of work, you’ll find him golfing, reading, weightlifting, eating clean, or enjoying just about any outdoor activity you can name!
