And with your indulgence I would like to add to that. The “nature” of the forthcoming installation experience was set with a sincere and engaging introduction and a firm handshake. Another example of these perspectives was exhibited by their placement of a tarp on the exterior brickwork and plasterboard; and, in the mounting of the interior blower unit. Even with their care I thought that I would still need to follow-up with some light dusting or vacuuming. The entire area was impeccable! Following a comprehensive review of the installation, service and the operations, we exchanged handshakes as they departed. A few minutes later the door rang. Despite the temperature and extreme humidity they had been observing the outside unit and wanted to reexamine the drain line to ensure that it was ok, which it was. They left…and…returned a few minutes later...and wanted to pour a little water into the condensation targeted by the 39 Point System Punchlists. The entire installation process and your folks was SIMPLY EXEMPLARY. I do not know why it has taken me so long to discover Dyess Air, but as is sometimes said “I’ve got your number now!"
